While I'm sure I can't relate to who the "social elite" are, I can't imagine wanting to be in the sweltering heat of Philly during the dog days of summer rather than taking in the cool breezes and absolute beauty of the New Jersey shore-particularly the Jersey cape region. It's not even close.
