Not sure if you know, but Ben Miller and a bunch of others post lots of great old Cape May pictures on the "Cape May Good Times" Facebook group. If you're interested, just request to join and Ben or one of the other admins will let you in.
Late 1950's. I have a similar picture of my father (in what looks like underwear) on the beach in Avalon!
