The Borgata's shutting down their newer building, the Water Club, mid-week again. BAD NEWS.
Oh, shore politics.
In case you forgot, it's still birding season in Cape May.
Update on a new station that will connect the NJ Riverline and NJ Transit, which will make another way to take the train to Atlantic City.
Is Atlantic City in a "death spiral"?
Another call to pass the Atlantic City smoking ban (I am 100% for this, by the way).
Alright kids: I'm not going to be doing a "here's what to do down the shore on Halloween post" for a very good reason: WORLD SERIES! The first home game takes place on October 31. As far as I'm concerned? Halloween's taking a back seat this year.

I think I've said it before on here Jen, but I don't feel bad for Atlantic City losing business. I used to love going there multiple times a year. I could easily get comp rooms and almost always broke even or won a little bit. But now, every time I call for a comp room, I can't always get one (during the week, no less) and I haven't broke even or won anything in a year and a half. At least when they'd let me win a little, I typically would just play longer and give it back. But the casinos have become greedy so I stay away.
Finally election day is over. Hopefully the local economy will pick up some
